I'm Morgan, the founder of Momentum Legal Services. I've been representing and consulting individuals and businesses in some of the most important decisions of their lives for more than 15 years. I've also taught business law to future business leaders, HR professionals, MBA students, and accountants at BYU's Marriott School of Business for more than 12 years. ​I've lead large and small operations, overseen books of business in excess of $800 million, and have a passion for providing each of my clients with a springboard for positive direction in their lives.

I graduated with a B.A. from the University of Utah in 2005, then graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2009. During law school I was also inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu (Jesuit Honor Society).

I've worked in a traditional law firm, for companies, and government entities. My broad range of unique experience allows me to provide my clients with a practical and effective suite of legal solutions for all their needs.

Most important is my family: my beautiful wife, Kathleen, and our seven children and their spouses.
