At Momentum Legal Services, nearly all of the work we provide for our clients is handled on a flat-fee basis. We've chosen this model because we believe that great legal work shouldn't be measured in six-minute increments, and our clients shouldn't have to fear the surprise of an unpredictable invoice. You deserve this type of transparency from your legal counsel.

Our flat-fee pricing model provides our clients with clarity, confidence, and the ability to accurately plan from the start--you know exactly what your project will cost without feeling like you've handed over a blank check, or that a simple phone call might add hundreds of dollars to your bill. We want you to look forward to our collaborative discussions.

While a few limited services make more sense to be handled under an hourly billing structure, our goal is to offer flat-fee solutions whenever possible so you can focus on the outcome--not the clock.

You don't pay to walk into a grocery store to see if the produce is worth buying, and legal services shouldn't be any different.
